Woke at 229.7, up 3.7 from yesterday, after a day of carbs that was about four times my average. I slept poorly because I napped after dinner and as a result, I got up too late to work out before work. So, this will be my rest day instead of Sunday and I'll work out both mornings on the weekend. Starting with protein coffee. UPDATE: Ate a nice lunch of Greek Salad, egg, and cheese. Weighed 229.9 at 4:45. Maybe a whoosh tomorrow?
