I don't have beautiful flowers and God knows I can't plate a meal that's photo worthy, but please enjoy this little baby turtle that Diablo and I found on our lake walk. I put my glasses next to him for perspective. 🐢😲😍

When I was a child, people would keep tiny turtles for pets, like gold fish. You'd have a little aquarium for them with rocks and sand so they could climb out of the water. They were red-eared sliders, which are very common in Louisiana and have a distinctive red slash on the sides of their heads. This cutie reminds me of them.
