Lol Melissa, Just basic lettuce tomatoes half an avocado, sometimes I throw cheese on it sometimes I don’t if I’m using extra tuna then I don’t put cheese on it. Sometimes I put Cran raisins in it sometimes I put apples in it the other day I actually cut up strawberries and put them in there. Needless to say I look forward to lunch every day lol.

JC One thing I realized when I started on this diet was that I needed to change the way I ate. I never ate healthy before always fast foods and TV dinners. When I finally broke down and bought some lettuce and avocados and started to realize that I could get creative with my lunch that’s when things started to improve. Thank you honey for paying attention I’m so glad you’re on my friends list and that you support me and we support each other
