Thanks for all of the positive comments. This is by far the best bread I've ever made. I have made A LOT of bricks in the past. I had to order flour on line and the only way to get it soon was to order restaurant grade flour in a 25 lb bag. I could tell the difference with the first scoop. So fluffy!

This recipe is similar to the one I used. My recipe also includes 1/2 cup oats and only 1 tsp salt. I used my stand mixer with the dough hook, soaked oats and cornmeal in hot water for an hour, added remaining ingredients, rose for an hour, punched down, rolled out to a rectangle, rolled from short ends, sealed seams, put in greased pans to rise 45 min. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. https://www.simplyrecipes.com/recipes/anadama_bread/
