Woke at 221.6, up .8 after an eating day. I went over my calories a bit with a Rebel Creamery ice cream test and a bigger piece of meatloaf than I had planned. But I ended the month with a calorie average of 1510 per day on a 1500 target. I will do a separate post with an April 2020 recap. Started the day with HIIT spinning, water, and black coffee. This month, I am going to try eating a small protein meal of about 500 calories on my 'fasting' days, which is actually the protocol for the original alternate-day fasting method created by Dr. Krista Varady. I will try to make that meal as protein-heavy as possible. UPDATE: Ate 492 calories today in the form of some ground beef, a protein drink, and my daily Brazil Nuts (for selenium) and sauerkraut (for gut health). I usually ate those every other day but will keep them every day now to see how it goes. That meal was eaten at about 12:30. Will fast until protein coffee tomorrow. I took a nap after work and weighed 220.0 when I woke. That's the lowest in a week, so I need to log that.
