This is one of my go to dinners. I’m improvising. I normally do this with Joseph’s low car pitas or Ezekiel brand pitas. It takes 2 weeks for delivery and hubby and I both are thankful enough to be working ♥️ He usually goes to the grocery store due to me being immune compromised and asthma. We just can’t get our hands on the pita pockets. So tonight it is on Stonefire Naan bread. All spices are listed. The paprika didn’t fit in the photo. I also had diced up cucumbers 🥒 instead of zucchini, also just trying to improvise. Another ingredient I mostly use is pesto from Costco. It is not pictured but I did mix it in. This is ground turkey, the pretty colored tomatoes from Costco.( cherry and grape tomatoes are what I usually use, but I needed those purple, yellow, red, orange tomatoes right now) 💜💚

Also used regular hummus as a base spread. Topped with feta. Baby spinach, jalapeños, chic peas( I froze and thawed) sliced black olives and capers.

Thanks Erika 🤗♥️ Because hubby thought for some reason we needed the huge Costco size can of them 😂😩😂😩😂 I’m like, we are not a restaurant and I don’t like to waste food. They tasted just the same🙌💜💚
