Woke at 218.8, down 1.8 from yesterday after a 36 hour fast. Began the day with HIIT spinning and protein coffee. Denise made beef stew last night and I'm looking forward to getting some of that later today! I still have ham from Easter as well, so my protein needs will be met. UPDATE: Moved a lot of water today but had that great steak burrito bowl for lunch, plus some liver jerky (yes, you read that right), and pork rinds. Weighed 219.0 at 5 pm, which was a great win, considering. Beef stew and red wine for dinner.
