Woke at 216.4, down 3.0 after a fasting day. Up four times to pass water last night so that's where the weight went. Started the day with bodyweight and dumbbell work. A large glass of water and protein coffee to start. UPDATE: Massive day of eating including an omelet for breakfast, steak and cabbage/ground beef mixture for lunch, and crack chicken for dinner! Add three glasses of red wine and we have a solid eating day. Weighed 217.8 before dinner. RIP, John Prine!
