I'm always telling my teens to change their attitude. Well, I finally took my own advice and changed my attitude about logging. I now look at it as a way to still enjoy my favorite foods while losing weight. Without logging, I eat mindlessly and my portions are too large. With logging, I keep my portions reasonable and do a better job of eating only when truly hungry.
