You know you've been staying at home a long time when.......

I am thrilled the end of the day has come. My allowable calories are used up, and it is so exciting that morning is a coming so I can eat again!

Not loving it, keyten! 😁 60, Noooo... You take care of yourself, and don't take any chances if you keep feeling unwell. Get a test if at all possible and if breathless don't mess around. Don't be a "tough guy." this Mel in WA is sure praying for you. And, sadly, I'm above goal AGAIN not about to reach it. But, I'll get the blue line back... Again. 😁 I'm actually feeling relatively in control at the moment, and running the better part of five miles a few tiems a week is helping.

Bella, so, so true! And, it is amazing to find out how long the day is when not eating at all. I've fasted a few of these lock down days. Nope! Not doing that again. Adds 50 percent length to the day and I don't have great energy to get stuff done. Yuck!

I've done well the last 3-4 days- Hubby says he feels like takeout today. Ok- sounds good. Who am I to protest? 💗
