Woke at 222.2, up 2.0 from yesterday after a big day of eating. Will fast today and then eat again tomorrow. Started the day with 20 minutes of HIIT exercise bike... three minutes regular and then all out for 40 seconds (six times). UPDATE: Weighed in at 5:30 and got to 220.8. Coffee, green tea, and sparkling water today. I get to eat tomorrow! Not feeling as cold today.
