Thanks Shirfleur 🤗 That protein muffin was really delicious 😋 A drug rep brought in 2 big boxes of donuts, croissants, coffee and muffins. It was really busy this morning so I picked the healthy option the muffin with seeds lol. I couldn’t figure out which muffin it was to log it and so I pulled up DD and it’s a new one they are doing for a limited time. I think my salad may have been a little wonky because, let’s just say there better be a drop tomorrow 😩😂

I covered the patient information, but y’all...... this is the medical issue that brings me life!! This particular patient happened to have had a rare nap the night prior. Had left side shoulder pain, chest discomfort but not bad. Right from the get, front desk staff beeped back, immediately triaged and per physician, EKG ahead of time. Vitals were not alarming. Patients complaints and EKG... 911 call, immediate 2 liters of oxygen, 4 baby aspirin, Nitro. It was a smooth transition in all aspects front to back office. The patient upon arrival, straight to the cath lab and was severely blocked. We see a bunch of everything. This is the good stuff right here♥️🙌 Had patient shirked off symptoms.😩 I love my job 💜 🩺 🙌♥️💜💚 we are busy with flu and multiple other things from minor to big.

The two MIs that stick in my brain were a 12 year old obese little boy who came in full arrest (no congenital issues, just obesity) — he did not survive. We even cracked his chest and did open cardiac massage but he was gone. And a mid fifties guy who presented to triage with a severe left side ear ache. No chest pain, sob, just ear pain. We picked up on it right away and he survived.

Kenna🙌🙌♥️♥️🙏🙏 I’m still so thankful the patient came in🙌🙌♥️♥️ The patient could have tossed it up to IDK, anything like winter blues, muscle strain, etc. That’s so sad about your stories you shared 😩😞😞😔☹️😢 My son is 12 and overweight. He does eat 90% of what we eat thankful since starting here🙌🙏♥️♥️ But heavy cardiac risk on both sides. I would die if anything happened to him😞

Jc— everyone here is trying to control their weight and get healthier but the efforts often don’t carryover to their families who have the same issues.

It’s a family effort here friend. My fit beautiful baby girl.... 20 years old, insulin resistant. Heavy heart and diabetes on both sides. Getting diagnosed and when she was little, we weren’t eating bad, Metformin helped her.
