Does anyone remember party lines?!?!🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️😂😂 so huge in the 80’s and especially in the country 😂

When colored tv came out Disney was (I think) the first show to come out in color. In preparation for The future they mailed out envelops with 4 pieces of colored cellophane in it and instructions as to where to tape them on your tv screen. Then on a given Sunday night our whole neighborhood congregated at the home of the only family who owned a tv to watch the Disney program. At a point in the program the color tv demonstration image was shown and wa-la we could see what colored tv would look like. This was an earth shattering moment.

I am so glad I have someone that has done and been there with these oldies I remember only 4 channels once upon a time as in the 50’s And rabbit ears were a great necessity 😂
