Woke at 221.4, down 2.0 from yesterday. Will fast until a business lunch today. Happy hour tonight will have appetizer type food. Should be able to find some meat. UPDATE: Had the burger at lunch and then a few meatball apps later. Came home at 221.8. Not too bad. Will fast tomorrow.
