Pigged out at noon today by errors went for a walk to burn off some calls. A beautiful day at 3 degrees C. WENT 2.83 km in 46 min. I haven't walked for exercise in two years so I'm a little tired to say the least. Easy to get out of shape and a long road to get back.

The Running Room has some walking clinics too. They encourage you to jog and walk in intervals, but I can't jog because of the impact, so I walk. It's fitness walking so you walk fast for 2 mins, then at a regular pace for 1 min. You'll get 2.5 km in 20 minutes this way, and it's great aerobic.
