I'm not off to a very good start today, I have already had too many carbs and it is only 2:00 in the afternoon! For dinner tonight I will really cut back. It is eating out of boredom that is getting me in trouble. It is a gloomy day and chilly. I need to keep myself busy so I don't think about food all the time.

I found if you draw yourself a beautiful bubble bath light up some candles and listen to your favorite music while you do that it’s really suits you and gives you the comfort you’re seeking

najwa kale, you are so right. Since my hip problems I haven't been able to take bubble baths. diehard, baths are SO wonderful. I think this is a wonderful idea. :0)
