Woke at 226.6, up .4 from yesterday. Going to have very little today to wrap up the month. Have a great day. UPDATE: Ate a massive salad with some salami at lunch. Weighed 226.4 before dinner. Ate the meatloaf wrap seen elsewhere. Ended the month with an average calorie intake of 1810 and an average burn of 3181 per day. I need to get those calories down about 200 more per day, I think. I lost 5.3 pounds in January. Tomorrow begins a new month and I won't change my plan. I'll just try to adhere to it closer!
