Really happy for this app/site letting me see others in the same struggle. Been here since september 2019, and I have seen the change...


Today's achievements:
31 lbs lost.
Complete change in diet.
Never have been so fit since high school (10 yrs ago).
Feel as motivated as to influence others around me.
I eat as conscious as ever (when before I ate 3 chocolate bars a day supposedly for "energy").
My girlfriend is giving all lots of support.

Really hope your struggle is not as hard as mine and that you are having health while doing it!
