Facebook memories 11 years ago say "Starting slim-fast again". SO thankful to God that those days are over. I used to start slim-fast, starve myself for about 3 days and then binge and use the remaining slim-fast as chocolate milk to go with my meals. Last night I fit into a size 10- 3 different brands just to be sure. :P I didn't purchase any because I'm frugal, my 12's aren't dropping off (though I don't need to unbutton to go to the bathroom- just slide 'em down), and quite frankly, none of them seemed very flattering- so I'll keep looking. Only 5 pounds down from October but the changes keep coming. Many NSV this month. Lots of body recomp going on I think. 💪🏻🏋🏼‍♂️🤩🤸🏼‍♀️

Omg, one of my co-workers and I were just saying "Remember Slim Fast??" and laughing at the nutritional absurdity of it. Those were the days 😄 Congratulations on this crazy journey - you're doing great!

Thank you, LZenn, Dbulls, Srossca- I'm excited. The better I look, the better I WANT to look so it's made the journey more enjoyable. Finally to the point where each pound seems to count. When you are super overweight- seems like it takes 40-50 pounds for anyone to even notice. Now 5 pounds is a different pant's size but it takes a lot of work- as you all know. Good ratio of protein to calories, Chris. I like muscle tech phase 8. I think it's 150 cal for 28 grams of protein. And I like it enough to drink it with water instead of an additional 100 calories of milk.

I was reading the" update " you wrote and I must say you make some really good points!! I want to say congratulations for what you have accomplished! And I like how you have a level head on where you will continue with your journey. I am at about the same point as you are and nice to see someone thinking kinda along the same lines! So "high five" to you!! You are doing this because "you wanted it to happen".... all the good reasons to maintain it!

DP...I am a fellow "tall girl" and I can say with certainty..."SIZE 10 IS INCREDIBLE". You are total *Goals* with your workouts. Inspiration to fellow tall girls...and just about anyone who wants to be healthy. :0)

Yup....blast from the past - slimfast- that is. Been there, done that. And as it is still around I picked up a can a while ago....to read the ingredients. Could not believe how much sugar it contains!!!
