Intermittent fasting has been going well, I originally started with a weigh in on January 3rd of 215 so it’s gradually coming off. I’ll up my game in the gym and know the pounds down to try and hit a close 200 by the 31st.
94.7 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
