So...the arguing never stops on fs. 😆 haven't even made it a year being "public" but I definitely see a pattern. I'm just going to continue to lift weights every day, do my daily weigh ins, measure monthly and try to stick to my new years resolution of spending my time mindfully which means much less on fs. I don't care how or what someone chooses to eat but what I don't get is this : when is enough going to be enough? When do you say...hmm... I've tried and failed this way of eating and gained and lost the same 30-40 pounds, maybe I should try something else? Maybe this way of eating is not sustainable for even 3 months without a binge, let alone a lifestyle change.. Just curious. Anyone who is constantly spinning his /her wheels, feel free to respond. Funny you brought this up, I've been thinking along same lines. I enjoy seeing posts but when people start arguing over unimportant stuff it gets a little much. Do what works for you. Our bodies needs and environments are all different and what works for one, may not work for others. I'm gonna continue to do my low carb, high protein, low fat and working out with weights and that's that.💜💜💜

I have learned so much from being here and hugely from you and your man!! Strangely, it has been watching the "arguments" where I have learned a lot sometimes. Anyone with time to explore a bit can see who here really has a right to give advice! What you live is clearly working. Learning what works for now and can be sustained for life is the most important lesson for sure! Eat, enjoy, work out hard, and make it the plan for life is the plan that is working for you and me and others who are not clinging to hope in a temporary fix. ❤️😀

Yes...it's so crazy though. No matter what someone posts, somebody else thinks it's terrible. Someone put a pretty plate of scrambled eggs and fruit and somebody went on about it being bad. I can't remember the reason. Sugar maybe? Just nonsense. But yeah... I don't personally get bothered by it as much as its just silly to me-probably because I have so little interest in posting food. Doesn't really have any affect but people are so quick to judge. Seems especially prevalent with maybe some new users. Seems like the "old gang" has played nice for a little while. Here's a whole new crew so everybody's pushing and defending his /her w.o.e. Meanwhile, give me my food and leave me alone. 😆 unless someone specifically calls me out for pop tarts... I have no interest in explaining what I eat and why I can. 🤷🏻‍♀️💕I love all food! (Unless it's too fancy... Caviar, liver, fish with an eyeball in it still 🤢, oysters, squid). 😆 no thanks!

If Diablo cried, I wouldn't be married to him. I've never seen anyone be so calm. FS arguments have zero affect on him. He's never upset. He'll debate for hours where as I'm the "say it once and if I have to repeat, you're getting my foot in your ass. " Good thing I don't take sides on this crap. Gym has been empty in the a.m. and packed in the evening. Waiting for it to calm down but definitely taking my spot. Garlic bread and donuts... Both delightful!

I like the chocolate but any is awesome. Strawberry is favorite to burn in the toaster. I do enough sets to eat the whole box... But I contain myself. 💪🏼😉

I bought a big box of cherry poptarts to split up for six stockings at Christmas.... I didnt get any. 🤔 I think I shall have to buy myself a little box... And hide them just for me! 😁

DP you are one of the GOOD people here who lift this community. If someone has a problem with you, Diablo or anyone else in our circle of trust, they have a problem with me. Ignore the noise and live your life! It’s what I do. I’m not on here much, but enough. I know my friends. Stay strong and you guys look amazing. Y’all inspire me everyday.
