Such an easy meal to prepare to be so good 😊 The chop was the last of a standing pork roast I'd cooked earlier. Just reheat at 350 for 30 minutes in a covered dish. I buy prewashed lettuce (cause I hate to wash it 😐). So, it's a matter of choosing the salad ingredients, chopping, measuring & eat!
