So its been awhile since I had a weigh in!
Feeling so proud of myself for doing my exercises "Classical stretch" every day!!
Going to add a new step to my preferred lifestyle one step at a time and not adding too many until I conquer and feel its part of my preferred lifestyle.
So far I have successfully added steps
1)Intermittent Fasting (min. 12 hrs most days 16 to 18 hrs) Doing for at least a
year now

2) Classical Stretch Program 22 min. started November 03 2019 have been doing everyday since

3) Cutting down on coffee/first step instead of 2 coffees to start my day will start with one coffee and one green tea if I'm craving more coffee first thin
69.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
