Fabulous view! And I am not just talking about the fish roe. 

The caviar does look good! Your pictures are always great. I think the whole serving thing comes from the way the USDA came about dumbing down nutrition information for the "masses" based on their charts and guidelines. Ive gone to using grams and find it easier to deal with. 

Is it the same brand? Yeah those small serving sizes over hear really can lie. I mean there are people who believe there are things like no calorie oil or butter just because their containers say so.

5 calories adds up how? I love sriracha but not as if I'm drinking an 8 oz glass of it. I would think no more than 30 cal. (2 tbs) at any given time and that's being generous. That view is fabulous. I would get nothing done and be fired. 💕

Binky it’s not caviar, we love having different fish eggs as apéro (aperitif). It tastes wonderful with Nordic bread and butter! 😘  

DP, you are absolutely right, but I mean, the point is not about sriracha itself but about the serving thing... I think it's confusing for more "dense" food. Yes, the view is gorgeous. Took the picture Thusday night when we were having a beer before leaving work. I do work with fabulous people (which most of my customers are not lol). We are talking about climate change, gravity impact or generation differences as part of the small talk. It's easier to interact for me on a closer level.
