Mushrooms and red onion sautéed with butter, white wine, garlic, tumeric, sage, oregano and golden ground flax. Asparagus baked in butter, lemon pepper, garlic, sea salt and pepper. Back straps super fresh ( cut out today, buck still hanging) sautéed in butter, garlic and then pan seared both sides.

Looks delicious. I've cooked and eaten lots of wild game, but never butchered any. Plucked a few dove feathers, that all. You are superwoman!
