Woke at 231.0, up 1.2 from yesterday. Last night I drank a lot of red wine and more food than I needed, too. Back to the work week and catching up on the calorie goal. UPDATE: Moved some water today and despite the carton of cottage cheese, protein drink and large sparkling water, came home at 230.0. Ate an omelet with blue cheese crumbles, some gouda cheese, and a bit of cauliflower for dinner.
