I too love to read everyone’s stories and see those lines slowly etching to the blue side. Just a couple thoughts. Instead of thinking of weight loss as a “battle” to be won, think of it as finally partnering with your body to help you achieve a healthier lifestyle and a longer life that includes improved health. Would you not help your best friend if they needed you? Would you not do everything within your power to aid them if they were “struggling”.? Well—- your body IS trying to be your best friend.
