Woke at 226.4, down 2.2 from yesterday. Sticking with the goals from last month -- 1500 calories a day, mostly OMAD, targeting 160 grams of protein, 50 carbs or less, and about 73 fat grams if I can get them under the calorie total. Happy December! UPDATE: Got hungry at 3 and held off until 4 but then decided to eat an early dinner. Weighed 226.0 before that. Almost got all my protein underneath the calorie goal. I might go over a bit to get that 160-gram number.
