Woke at 225.6, the same as yesterday. Three more days of FMD before Thanksgiving. Enjoy the short week, my American friends! UPDATE: Up until 5 am working and then back up and off to work at 6:15. Had a piece of Nordic nut bread at 11 am, and then I just weighed at 5 pm and got to 223.8. Eating some veggies and calling it an early night!
