Chris, a personal trainer would get learnt by me. It would be like when I took Spanish in Junior high and I had to correct the teacher in front of the other pupils. She was not happy. 😈

50% carbs, 25% protein, and 25% fat. I don't have a set target, I just try to get a lot of protein and carbs. Fat falls where it may depending on my food preferences.
