How often do you weigh yourself & how often do you actually record your weight (on FS, on paper)? I am settling into a routine that works for me (weigh nearly every day) and which motivates me (only recording drops from prior recorded weight). And you?

I do the same as you Twig. The daily checkin helps me to know if anything major is happening. Just information. 2 lb gains aren’t very exciting in my world 🙂

I weigh myself randomly and then once a week - Wednesdays at 8 am - I weigh in and record the results on FS

Daily, but I tend to record it out of FS, on an app called WomanLog that calculates the weekly and monthly averages. The average curves are what I focus on, not the daily up and down jumps

I weigh every morning first thing & record on FS. That would explain my constant up & down by a lb. or so. It does help me stay motivated. If I've lost...I need to maintain. If I've gained I need to lose 😊 I also have started weighing before I go to bed. Then I know how much I have to digest in my sleep 😀 I don't record that. I read DP does that too sometimes, so I'm not being obsessive....right??? 😃

I weigh Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (at the clinic). Record the Monday weight no matter if it is a loss or gain. :)

I weigh every morning but only record on Mondays. I take pictures of my scale because it's a PITB.

Every few days and try to record as often as I weigh. I was recording on Mondays but now it's random.

I used to weigh everyday... then it became weekly... now, I just weigh sporadically LOL!
