Well, I'm awake at 2am with jetlag keeping me company. Might as well weigh myself. After being back home not quite as many hours as the number of hours I travelled to get back home, I knew my weight would take some time to adjust to the change in time zone, food, and activity levels. While the drop is satisfying, I am a bit skeptical about this number, and will see how the next week of re-entry into my regular life proceeds.
84.6 kg Lost so far: 10.6 kg.    Still to go: 12.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
