2:48 in morning here (11:48 am in Tanzania). Nealy 8 hours os sleep. Awake now, of course, but feel like I have been hit by a truck. Welcome to day #1 of jetlag.

I wish I could say get some sunlight on your skin as much as possible... Yeah not happening with the cold. At least if your can get out and walk during the day a couple times, it does help! So sorry... 😞
