Welcome to Motivational Sunday! It feels disrespectful to have a "Motivational Monday" on Remembrance Day, so hello! I am on Day 7 of my 21 day Meditation Challenge: today's theme was about self-empowerment thru creativity, kindness & making your life more beautiful. I am a creative & artistic soul tho I don't often live that way! I am rediscovering beauty at every turn, even appreciating the sparkling snow on my windows. The craft market reminded me there are endless ways to express ourselves. I admired the pretty fruit trays at the cafe. The small pauses to see the beauty in the everyday expands my soul.
