I've been feeling so angry and tired with logging lately. I'm getting results. 38 pounds in 4 months is nothing to sneeze at. The results aren't slowing down. I have lost more in the last month then any other month. I think I'm focusing on others and what they do and dont have to do to be skinny. I dont know. I just know I'm mad. and honestly I am mad I can't eat food I dont even like. Yesterday I was mad I couldnt order a burrito at a Mexican restaurant. I don't even like burritos that much. And my stomach hurts. All the time. Like I'm full when I eat a normal amount. I'm going to keep up what I'm doing. I'm just annoyed. thank you for putting up with my rant.

that sounds really sucky- I know the feeling. I ordered a healthy menu item at chili's the other day and my boyfriend said the dish looked "really sad"

We all need to rant hun 🥰💜💚❤️ real truth...a deficit is key...... real real truth logging absolutely everything is so important..... REAL REAL truth our bodies are not created equally and many of us our sensitive to gluten, carbs, protein what have you🤷🏻‍♀️ 💯 real talk. Find your balance, play around and you will find your WOE. Move more and hold on to hope!! Just don’t give up💜💚

I am so with you I am so crabby because I cant eat what I want! all I think about is food food all fing day why? so let me tell you you are not alone and I just started this journey 5 days ago and I want to quit!😫

Ladies you might not feel it now, I promise you it will pass!! I used to think about all meals all the time and hungry for them the day before. You ladies our normal and you can find your way💚💜

well if it takes mad to lose some pounds, can maybe you could stay mad. only when you're by yourself otherwise smile be glad to be around others.

I just keep reminding myself I can't eat like I used to. I can't have second helpings or a huge helping of mashed potatoes. that just isn't me any longer. and I think that's a good thing.

okay being on a diet, Kim Cole, for 5 days... just hang in there keep going please. you need longer you need to see some results and that takes two or three weeks or months. I'm not like the usual person; It took me 2 years To lose 73 lb. I kicked in complained a lot.

I totally understand. My roomie loves what I cook, but is on his own for 2 meals a day. He loves sweets..and I have been tempted. What is hard is that he made Grands biscuits the other day. I didn't have that planned in my day, but had two. In the past that wouldn't be unusual, but I was so mad because I felt like I wasted carbs and calories on a food I hadn't planned. It IS HARD to be around someone that has foods that you didn't plan on eating...and I felt anger about it. Then I remember the quote..."nothing tastes as good as skinny feels." Put me in a better mood when he made a Hot Pocket today. Cheer up!!!

Your weight loss is rapid. On the one hand that;s great. You could however chose to slow it down a little and eat more. Just sayin' That's a choice.
