I am not completely back on track...but doing better by trying to increase my protein intake and better monitoring the carbs.

I finally stepped back on the "Idiot Box" and, as expected, I gained about three pounds over vacation and the post-vacation undisciplined carb intake!

It bothers me...but I suppose it could be worse. I used to be able to knock off three pounds easily but it not as easy now that I am closer to goal weight.

I am SO SO SO ready for warm weather and sunshine to consistently return. My mood and attitude will improve.



I am dedicated, determined, and diligent!

I am with you..soo looking forward to warmer weather with out the wind as well..in the scheme of things..3 pounds is nothing..You will get back to where you were soon..:O)

I've been struggling too, my friend, but finally feeling optimistic too & back on track. Spring has to be not far around the corner, & cant come soon enough! Xoxox

:) I think we are all in the same boat. Desperate for some sun & warmer weather. Just having longer days is helping a little! But together we can do it :)

April Fool's Day will be our ticket to new beginnings! It was 15 degrees last night so I'm just going to have to begin Spring Training in the gym! We can do this together. I joined DFW's challenge to get me motivated!

our weather here in WA hasn't been bad here, some snow/hail a couple of days ago, pretty nasty I guess up north, Seattle, Vashon Island...but like most everyone else, I'm ready for some warmer weather...on the upside tho, our trees are starting to bud, and I have daffodils growing in the strangest places in our yard...going to work on trying to transplant them to a corner, so DH can mow where they're growing now lol... Don't worry about 3 lbs, it'll be off before you know it...you can do it!! I wish I was as close to my goal (which should be WAY lower than what I have it set at here) as you are - but it'll happen one of these days! take care... :)

I'm absolutely with you - I want the warm weather to get here NOW!! Except I'm going to have a good 2 weeks of nasty muddy gravel roads and my driveway will be a gross sloppy mess, but it'll be worth it!!
