soup and grilled cheese is such a comfort food for me!! I hope you feel better soon 

Friends it is sadness soup😂😂😂 not a fan. It wasn’t gross, but it wasn’t good.... sadness soup. a few spoons and decided I’d rather try the lemon cookie ice cream 20 grams of protein and 360 calories a pint. Love a grilled cheese but didn’t finish it all because that much cheese is not going to help my issue lol. The ice cream though was good and hopefully will help the digestion😋😎😎😎😂😂 

That bites on the soup. I've wondered about those. The grilled cheese looks yum. Ice cream trumps all.

I got it in the healthy aisle yesterday tatauu and it’s shockingly yummy 😋Lemon Cookie by Three twins. I have another soup to try. It’s spicy curry.  

Try a double dose of miralax a day for 2 days. 

I didn’t realize I can do a double dose. Definitely will try that because one dose is not helping. Thanks Tiffany 💕💜 

That’s what my sons gastrologist recommended for him and it definitely worked.

Bella I figured it was worth the try. They had a 4 pack on Amazon for $34 and I was like dang better be good and it’s in my saved list like the $40 case of kombucha. So when I saw them both at my local grocery store I figured buy 2 of the soup. Hopefully the other is better. And price per bottle of the kombucha was pretty reasonable especially being curious about it, plus the way my belly is I figured bottoms up🤷🏻‍♀️😂 Tart cherry is really good, the pomegranate is ok, not nasty but not the tart cherry. I thought I bought the cayenne and I ended up with 2 pomegranate ones😕 Anyways, I am thinking the curry soup will be better.. 

Thanks Binky, khrissy and adultosaur ❤️💜💚 yes it was Shirfleur 🌈 who posted the ice cream 😊 Apparently they have lemon cookie which shows up to log but it’s not the one I got. I got the three twins , slim lemon cookie. Lots of protein and the calories are not bad. It’s pretty good and all organic.  

Sometimes you just have to have dessert instead of dinner! 

😂🤗Erika yes💜💚 I got the rest of the family their own Halo top flavors. I’m not a big desert person anymore but was so excited to find this ice cream. It’s a really nice light lemon flavor and soft cookie.
