Good morning FS friends!

Shout out to AboutMyTribe......as I touched my toes today while stretching!!! Going to have to try intuitive movement!

We will not let physical setbacks become permanent barriers to success. We are winners that will overcome!

I also lift a mug to all FS friends and jcmama777. We leave the past behind and focus on a positive future!!

Looked up intuitive movement exercises and I'm going to keep looking for doctor/specialist posts....not that google is the ultimate research tool.

My roommate is so funny and spontaneous in a fun way. When I go find flowers, I research what is best for my region, perennial/annual, etc. THEN I go buy. The roommate just buys whatever strikes his fancy. I think nasturtium? Thanks, miraculum for reminding me. Thanks friends!!!
