Cheddar and apples are the BOMB! My roommate just doesn't understand how they go together! That looks so good. Have you ever had cheddar cheese on apple pie? I don't care for sweets, but I would actually try that!!!

I had the same minus the crackers, yesterday, and plan to today as well. It is such a refreshing and satisfying snack! Looking at your picture makes me want it right now for breakfast! Enjoy your day.
