Cauliflower Pizza

The cauliflower isn't in the crust, but is a topping.

Mama Mary's Thin and Crispy Pizza Crust (3 small)
grapeseed oil
1 c cauliflower per pizza (topping, not crust)-roasted
1/3 small white onion per pizza (sautéed)
1/4 c low fat skim mozzarella per pizza
1/4 c blue cheese per pizza
red pepper flakes
1 T drizzle of honey per pizza
1/2 c arugula per pizza

1/2 a pizza is 339 calories....but I couldn't stop there

Thanks friends! I've made mine before with no mozzarella and just blue cheese. That works too. I was allowing myself a cheesy meal for once!
