Homemade Panko chicken tenders, pan fried in the cast iron skillet. I was going to have 3....ended up with 5. Ooops! I did measure and use tablespoons of oil. Found it didn't cook the same way and finished it in the oven.

Actually I took a pic of it. I use a refurbished laptop that doesn't have windows. I can't download pics on it...my roommate has been using his computer tonight, which is the one I use to download pics. If he gets off soon, I'll post. Thanks rosio
