Lunch is last nights dinner. Just couldn’t get myself to eat. So breaking a however long fast from Monday nights ribs.

It’s ground turkey that I brown, add cherry tomatoes and zucchini, pesto, Parmesan cheese sprinkles, cumin, turmeric, sea salt and pepper, garlic, cinnamon, paprika. I actually splashed it with Blue Moon pumpkin beer and turned it up, then serve in Joseph’s low carb pitas or Ezekiel pitas. Line pita with baby spinach if you have it, I have made it w/o. Taziki or sour cream or Opa Greek yogurt ( doesn’t matter) sprinkle with paprika or sumac or Dukkah or all if you have all three, but one or the other works. It’s fun, you can fill your pita how you want to😊 love olives.... all olives, but I’m going to save them for lamb pita night.
