The family reunion/crab feast Saturday was great. I stuck to the crabs and low carb beer, had some of the mashed cauliflower my wife made, but ate crabs until I was stuffed. Then our wedding anniversary was yesterday so we went to Red Lobster, had a very nice and filling low carb meal, told the waitress to not bring us the biscuits! Weight this morning was 216.6, just a .8 lb gain after all that, I'm a happy dude! Back to the plan today.
We had two bushels of crab, very overfilled, and only went through one of them. Split them up with my siblings but that leaves me with about 3 dozen large meaty crabs in my fridge. Shelley doesn't like picking the crabs, so I'll end up picking the meat out of them and making crab dip, cream of crab soup, and maybe crab cakes, all keto friendly. And of course crabs for me for dinner tonight.
