Happy Motivational Monday! what a week: I definitely cannot handle higher carbs at this point; just want to eat more and do less. I ignored my post last Monday and ate lots of extra foods during my birthday week LOL. Happy First Day of Fall! The weather has changed, pumpkin spice everything everywhere, with Halloween & Christmas decorations on the shelves! We still have 3 weeks till Thanksgiving and it's around 100 days till 2020! Enjoy the colourful leaves crunching as you walk and the crisp autumn air; it's a beautiful time of year :) Wishing you all a successful week, maybe with a few extra spices?

Mmm those spices sound delicious! I’m trying to concoct a good homemade low sugar pumpkin spice latte. We’ll see if it happens!

Yummy! Chinese cuisine uses all of those, the exception is cinnamon. Cinnamon is used for medicinal purposes. Thanks for the informative post!
