feeling inspired because this is what I've been doing! PF is my gym and I tend towards mostly machines, but I keep a few barbell exercises per visit. I'm getting more confident about them!

I love machines, no grabbing plates, just moving a pin. They also make going to failure and drop sets safe and easy.
