And just when I was settling into a consistent low aerobics exercise routine, and ready to use my new Fitbit, I started having significant left foot pain. The xray shows no stress fracture, but I do have to avoid the elliptical and long walks until it heals. Who knows how long that will be...

Oh I'm so sorry... It is just rotten having to back off just when things are just going well. Maybe a couple weeks of rest will set you right? Last year when I was really starting to push walking, I had to quit or slow so many times... I got tendinitis three different times in my feet. I had a hip that was just so painful and I had to find ways to work out to strengthen it. I couldnt walk a step without pain, so I didn't and rested. I would get so frustrated and disappointed with my body not cooperateing. Fast forward... Yesterday I ran three miles in 30 minutes and then awalked an additional ten miles. Nothing hurts except some sore calf muscles! Hang in there!!! We mend!!

Sorry for the foot pain. Sometimes I hate it when the doctor gives me an excuse NOT to exercise, but sometimes I like having the excuse. But it's tough if you can't even do some walking

Thank you for your supports. Trying to think creatively about how I might start some floor or stretching exercises for my legs and arms. :)
