Doing terrible lately. Scale actually hit 200 this morning! Of course, this makes me depressed and I want to EAT. Been on the new antidepressant for a week and a half now. I had one day where I thought it was making a difference (actually vacuumed my kitchen and living room). Still not really leaving the house except to go to the grocery store. I think I'll go back to bed!
90.7 kg Lost so far: 26.8 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Will be praying for everyone because I go up and down too but seem to be stuck on 179-180 lately. Trying not to get depressed but I'm aware how difficult it is too. But we're going to press on and try to find some different thing to try! Good Luck🍀
