Woke at 225.4, down 1.0 from yesterday. Went to a funeral service for an old friend. Got back after noon and weighed in at 224.6 at lunchtime. Will continue fasting until dinner. UPDATE: Weighed in at 5 pm after drinking a cup of coffee and three cups of water mid afternoon. Got back to 225.0, so the 224.6 lunchtime weigh in is today's low. Ate a ton at dinner, but it was under calorie goal. Chicken, chaffles, and strawberry/chocolate protein 'ice cream.'
