This is a publication that I subscribe to. They are a watch dog organization for all things food and nutrition. The “consumer reports” of the food industry. They do not take funding from anyone. They are not “big gov.” Or “big pharm” or any of those other deathly feared and maligned organizations. They have also been the leaders in the fight FOR US to get rid of things like trans fats and to force manufacturers to reveal ingredients, chemicals, added sugars, etc. check it out. Another opportunity for self education for those who complain that not enough is being done to educate people.
