Happy Motivational Monday! How was your week?? I looked back on my monthly averages of macros & calories and decided to up carbs & calories a bit since I seem to average more anyways: doing this to avoid the overeating days. Try to keep an even keel so to speak. It's 5 weeks left in Thanksgiving Challenge! How is your fitness & eating program going? I thought this was a fun photo; we need to laugh! Have some fun everyday and here we gooooo Week 5!!! wooohooo :)

Happy Motivational Monday to you! Only 5 weeks until Thanksgiving. I'll need some motivation for that weekend. Have a good week.

I’ve noticed that my weight loss has been quite slow so I’ve lowered my calories for this week. We’ll see if that speeds things up! I like to lose slowly so I don’t feel so deprived. We have to do what’s sustainable for the long haul right?!

We are that close to thanksgiving. I love turkey. My week was pretty good. I consider myself having reached goal now so there is that. Tomorrow I may do some lunches.
